1. Order Processing & Transit Timeframes

All orders are verified, quality-inspected, and dispatched from our fulfillment hubs within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Average total delivery timeframe for all customer orders is 15 business days.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM begin processing the same business day.
Once dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email containing carrier details will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Order Tracking & Status Inquiries

Every shipment by TaveqHome™ includes an 8-character order tracking identifier (e.g. TH-US-482910). If you have questions regarding your delivery status, contact our team via Customer Support or email support@taveq.com.

4. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to update or correct your delivery address, please notify our customer care team at support@taveq.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or dispatch status, address modifications can no longer be made.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will issue a zero-cost replacement shipment within 48 hours.
