Terms of Sale & Purchase Agreement

1. Agreement Binding Terms

By placing an order on TaveqHome™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. These terms constitute a legally binding distance selling agreement between you ("Customer") and TaveqHome™ under applicable e-commerce consumer laws.

2. Pricing, Currencies & Dynamic Conversion

All store prices are fundamentally denominated in United States Dollars ($ USD).

• For transactions processed via local payment infrastructure (such as PayTR for credit/debit cards), prices displayed in USD are automatically converted to Turkish Lira (₺ TRY) at checkout using live, real-time exchange rates.
• All prices shown on product pages are exclusive of promotional discounts. Promotional coupon codes (e.g. TAVEQ15) must be entered at checkout prior to finalizing payment.
• TaveqHome™ reserves the right to modify product prices, promotional discounts, or shipping thresholds at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment Gateways & Transaction Security

We utilize bank-level 256-Bit SSL Encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (PayTR, Stripe, and Iyzico).

• Your card is charged immediately upon order submission.
• TaveqHome™ never stores or handles full credit card numbers or sensitive CVV security digits on our servers.
• Transactions are subjected to automated fraud screening. If a transaction fails security checks, the order will be cancelled and funds immediately voided or refunded to the issuing bank.

4. Product Warranties & Guarantee

All Damascus steel culinary cutlery, touchless bath accessories, and smart technology home products sold by TaveqHome™ come with a 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, material failures, and electronic sensor defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional misuse, or accidental physical damage.

5. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaveqHome™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. All consumer rights under applicable distance selling legislation are fully reserved.
